Why Is Buying Perfume So Difficult?

Headed to buy a perfume for a loved one? We would advise that you reconsidered the choice of gift. While it still remains a mystery for us that why buying scents for someone else remains the toughest job on earth, scientists have unravelled the thread. But sadly, that doesn’t make perfume shopping at India’s best shopping malls any easier. However, it still is some intriguing piece of news.

Do you think you know how cheese smells? Or Smoke? We are sure you can discern one from the other even in your dream. True you can. But did you know, your sense of smell would be all boggled up if either your nose or brain were to be swiped with someone else. You might easily take shit for face powder if blindfolded!

Come to buy perfume at select citywalk

Fortunately, some hypothetical questions are absurd enough to be laughed at, but the answer nonetheless remains the same. Scientists have discovered that every individual experiences odour quite differently. A paper published in Nature Neuroscience journal reveals that every individual has a unique map of smell receptors each one of which functions differently. On an average, almost 30% of smell receptors differ between any two people. This can make quite a difference in how one person perceives a smell from the other, considering every single receptor picks up scent in its own unique way.

Talking numbers, the human nose contains almost 400 different olfactory receptors, and scientists found that changing any one could bring dramatic difference in the smell. Now think 30%. So, this difference is clearly not just perceptive but substantial.

This kills the claim that there remain any sense of good or foul smell so how do you know the expensive little thing you picked up at the best perfume shops in Delhi doesn’t smell like rotten tomatoes to others.

Well if this may add some relief, any perfume freak would know that most scents are developed as undercurrents of some familiar flavours. For instance, if you have a fetish for woody scents, it will still smell like wood to others, though how they take wood is quite another matter. But anyway you will still lie in safe zone that majority will be able to connect to your choice if not appreciate it.
Hope that’s some good news! :-)

If Shoes Talk?

You might just chuckle if I tell you that shoes talk volume about your personality. A study reveals that the type of shoe you wear reflects a great deal about your personality traits. So the next time you visit the best shoe shop in Delhi, do reflect on your personality apart from the comfort!

We are often told not to judge a book by its cover, but have we come across a warning against judging people with their shoe?! NO. It is safe then, let us go ahead in doing so.

It of course is no science that you can very well predict the gender, age group and income levels of a person by looking at his shoe but the surprise comes with a revelation that it can an individual’s personality trait can be very well judged by the type of shoes he buys and wears from best shoe shop in Delhi or anywhere around.

Shoes last worn accessory and essential plays a very important role when one is trying to make an impression. For example when you are getting ready for a date at some place of entertainment in Saket or anywhere else, you often tend to undermine the kind of shoe you are wearing and mostly tend to ignore the details like if the shoe is polished or understanding the nature of the occasion, if it is casual or formal.
Here is our guide to wearing the perfect one:
  • Street Shoes

Style statements for the students and young teens and often come in multiple colours. Wearing these in your mid-twenties is not bad, but certainly conveys that you are not mature enough.
  • Stilettos

An ideal definition for the feminine these are stylish and yet communicate your personality. Though you experiment a great deal with them but they collectively talk about your uber-feminism.
  • Sandals

Perfect for formal occasions they talk about the professional in you.

‘Delhi-Meri Jaan’

Shopping- it’s a rejuvenation dose to me. I can vouch on it that it’s not only me indeed every girl is crazy for shopping. This is a pacifier against daily-woes. Be it an upset day at work, stress or any other problem, shopping in Delhi is a tide-changer and mood-swinger for all.

I am certainly not against the men folk, who are equally crazy over shopping, but then yes, there’s something to it that makes us tagged as shopaholics. I absolutely don’t mind being one. Why not? Yes, we shop and this is an apt term for the same. There have been ample times, when with no specific reason while driving back to home from work, I end up parking my car bang opposite to the market, better known as Central market.

I am from Mumbai, but from the last five years have been working with an auto-mobile based company in New Delhi. To be honest, when I migrated to the city, I was a bit pessimistic and though apart from my hometown, I just cannot adept with surrounding of other places.  I love my Mumbai, so as everyone does and I’m a bit biased.

But over the years, I have made so many friends that I have had never thought of. All I was aiming at prior to travel, will go and if in any case, I like the place, will extend the stay. I had a clear funda that I just won’t be friends with anyone and everyone. But Delhi is so damn cool that no matter which region you are from, what age bracket you are in or what aims and targets you have had in your mind, Delhi whole heartedly embrace you, fulfilling all your aspirations.

Now when I recall, I realize how wrong I was, people here are so damn cool, you feel like taking to them. No two people are same and have traits of their own. Be it a café in Delhi or ever-crowded markets, there’s a celebration all over and which makes me say ‘Deli-meri-jaan’.

To all those friends who have been planning to shift to this magical land, do not think twice. There’s an array of things lined up awaiting...

Gym Essentials for Fitness Freaks: A Beginner’s Guide

Have you just got a membership in a Delhi's best gym? In any case, don’t let that empty gym bag stare at you right in your face. Fill it up with fitness essentials if you want your workout to be productive. Saket Citywalk mall is one of Delhi’s shopping centres where you can easily find all the things you need for your gym bag. Even though every gym bag differs according to an individual’s goals, yet there are a few must-haves that you couldn’t do without.

Select Citywalk - Kids play zone in New Delhi

So stock up your gym bag with the following fitness essentials for a successful workout session at a
Delhi gym:

  • Comfortable training clothes.
Without quality training clothes, your workout is probably going to be a miserable failure. So, if you plan to hit the gym after a long day at work, remind yourself to grab some breathable, well-fitted clothing for your workout! It would save you from the catastrophe of not being able to find your shorts in the locker room while you’re getting ready for the workout.

  • Good quality shoes.
You don’t want to show up at a Delhi gym in a pair of sandals. That would be a complete disaster! Running shoes are fine to begin with. Once you become an advanced lifter, you can get a pair of cross-trainers. Also, remember to make sure that they are able to provide you adequate support for the type of training you choose to do.

  • Towel
Sweating is a normal phenomenon in a gym and you are about to soak yourself in it sufficiently. You do realize that you will need something to wipe yourself with. A towel should definitely be counted as a gym essential.

  • Music
Did you know that music has a lot to do with motivation? Most people like to exercise with their headphones on. Haven’t you wondered why? It’s because your personal collection will deliver the best results than the mainstream music you find playing at these gyms. Apart from your phone, you should make it a habit to never leave your house without a pair of headphones too. You know, just to feel motivated at all times!

So if you follow these tips and tricks, your beginner’s workout will be a sorted deal. All you are left to do is go to a Delhi's shopping centre and get hold of the things you may not already have for a productive workout. Happy gymming!

Making Junk Food healthy

Your absolute love for junk food aptly explains that additional layer of flab, not to forget the high cholesterol and sugar levels. You thoroughly understand that junk food is nothing but a silent killer, yet you can't just get over them. However, with some sensible tips and techniques, junk food can be made, well, less junk in nature.

Here is what restaurants in Delhi and Cafes in Delhi should imbibe in their culinary regimens to avoid making food entirely junk.

Indo Space - Entertainment in Saket

Using less butter : Yes, those extra layers of cheese and mayonnaise taste heavenly, only that the health effects of consuming them are not. Restaurants should go in for lesser cheese and sauces in their stuff to make it healthier and all the more appetizing for people.

Using wholegrain bread: Instead of using bread made of flour, cafes and restaurants should resort to healthier practises of using brown bread or wholegrain bread in sandwiches. They are a good option for easy digestion and help keep the metabolism going.

Grilling instead of frying: Burgers and non veg dishes are better, and lesser loaded with calories when grilled. They can always slash off the fat from the meat before grilling to make it even healthier. Going for baked meats and boiled chicken also helps.

Cutting thicker chips for fries: We all love french fries, don’t we? And cutting out on them is an impossibility. But what if we cut thicker slices so that they absorb less oil and stay polite to our health? That would be great now, wouldn't it?

Start using live oil or flaxseed oil: Junk food is cooked in oil, and will always be cooked in oil. But restaurants can definitely make better choices for oil. Using olive or flaxseed oil can be a way better, and a healthier option.

Tips for watching your budget this festive season

The shopping habits of today have moved beyond needs or necessities. Gone are the days when it meant hoarding on discounted items for the sake of cost cutting, or plain grocery shopping. The modern world looks at it as sheer indulgence, a hobby and even a compulsive disorder for some.

Market surveys suggest little disparity between figures splurged by men and women though their nature of expenditures varied greatly, for obvious reasons. With the rise of upper middle class, people have no dearth of money to spend on lavish treats. And the markets are filled with an overwhelming variety more than ever.

However, this shopping spree, certainly goes overboard when the festive season arrives. The malls more glittery, bars in Delhi more cheerful and restaurants more inviting than ever, you would easily destroy your budget and wouldn’t realize until later. This over-indulgence often becomes the show-spoiler for most average families.

Flea markets in Delhi can be a good alternative to this. With competitive rates and only so much to choose from, you would be able to restrict yourself to bare necessities while still striking a fair deal. You can even barter great deals for old stuff or bargain till death, which is obviously out of question at your favourite mall.

Besides, try making a list of necessities arranged in a hierarchy. Get on to it with a set mind and stop to look at other things only when you are done with it. This can be tough but self-restraint is the key to sticking to any kind of budget.

Revisit the branded items on your shopping list. Everything you buy doesn’t has to be from the top international brand at your favourite mall. Strike down those that are easily available with local vendors at a much lower price.

So, with these tips you can watch your budget while shopping for the festivals.

International Brands Taking A Foothold In Delhi

The fashion feud in the national capital has gone beyond just the local players. India having clearly restored its sheen in the eyes of brands from world over has seen increased percolation from foreign brands—Delhi being the main entry channel. Around 80% foreign marques in India register their presence through the NCR, Mumbai falling close behind at 70%. Names like Armani, Louis Vuitton, Burberry Brit, Tiffany’s, Zara, Only etc. are no longer unheard of.

Moreover, the splurging is not limited to fashion brands alone. . Luxury brands in particular have setup their base. Consumer services such as Delhi gyms, Jacuzzis, wellness and beauty centres etc. have their fair share of clientele. The recent fitness buzz has done wonders to the industry and has opened many new trade opportunities.

Select Citywalk - Places to shop in Delhi

This can be attributed to a series of high-end malls and Delhi shopping centres in the capital which register huge foot-falls, unimaginable in the western world. The city has several opulent shopping destinations up its sleeve like Select CityWalk, DLF Imporio, and Great India Place etc. The best brands in Delhi are housed within these along with lavish entertainment options. They offer the right ambience and environment to foster shopping and leisure. Besides these are the go-to places for capital’s best spendthrifts. Season’s biggest sale carnivals are held at these which easily bag in trade in 8 figures in a single day.

Besides this, the natural preference towards Delhi is also guided by the economic and demographic dynamics of the city. The affluent middle class is also a prime contributor to the expanding retail footprints of global brands.  People, who previously resorted to clear out sales only, are ready to splurge on international goods.

Which Gym Accessories Do You Really Need?

It’s not just obesity that is driving the youth towards gyms and health clubs. Fitness is the new buzz word. A well-chiselled body with shapely abs is a trend and youngsters are ready to sweat out profusely and spend almost any amount on their physique. And with gymnasiums conveniently stationed at Malls in Delhi, the accessory stores are the obvious destinations on the way.

However, amid a cartload of options of equipment and paraphernalia, it is essential to know which ones you really need, if any at all. Weight lifting belt is one such accessory, which is usually used incorrectly or unnecessarily, says a Delhi Gym trainer.

It is one of the most commonly used gym accessory, though, hardly 2% of the people using it actually need one. Most men wear it all through the work-out, or even if for weights, they are usually not required. Essentially, these are meant for very heavy weight training—often meaning heavy sets of squats and deadlifts. Someone on heavy weight training can damage the core, hence the protective support gear. However, using it for biceps curls and bar lifts is completely unnecessary.

Also, for starters, it’s not just unnecessary but ill-advised to use it as it prevents strength build-up in the middle section. The use is only advised when you have climbed up the ladder on your weight lifting program and really feel one is necessary either for providing the extra support to your back or the intra-abdominal pressure that increases the lifting capacity slightly.

Well. There’s a lot more to be said in context to the same, but have saved it aside for the next post…till then stay hooked to the space ….

On The Highway to Enlightenment

I am not really a movie-buff; a cinematic experience is like once in a blue moon affair for me. Yet, when I put a foot into the theater, I can’t imagine settling for anything less than an absolutely thrilling encounter.

That I am always riding high on filmy expectations is probably one of the reasons why they are, more often than not, met with a disappointment. The urge to see a movie clenches me like hell and heaven woven together, and going by the recent experience at PVR Saket, it was the latter that powerfully conquered the former.

Dancing to the tunes of ‘Patakha Guddi’ this time, I gladly hopped onto the ‘Highway’. I wasn’t really hoping to catch it, the truck that would take me to the bitter-sweet journey, but all thanks to PVR and PVR cinema timings, by 5.30, I was all good to go.

Highway is beautiful, though in a peculiar sense. The edifice is strong enough to arouse even in the most stone-hearted the emotions of, well, bafflement. It leaves one grappling with one’s own sentiments and inklings, and to figure out whether you loved it or just plain hated it will tip you over the edge. But you can choose either. Hate it or love it, it would leave you moved.
The movie doesn’t reek of drama. There is no permeating background score whose edifice could move you. Yet you will feel choked by the narrative of it, which is blatant, in an innocuous manner though.

Highway will leave you gratified. It will urge you to seek answers to questions which are non-existing, or those that have never been raised up before.  It will further propel your alter ego to claw itself from the deepest, dirty slump- slump of the insane, and that of the unacceptable.
Riddled with beauty and darkness alike, Highway portrays an enlightening picture. Or maybe it is a little devastating, too. It paints a problematic picture, yet for every turn you will take on the truck, you will be left grasping for breath.

That’s it. Highway!

Hope she likes the gift too!!

Choosing a gift is something that I have had avoided. The reason being, the moment I think of buying anything, I get overtly conscious as if someone has asked me to climb the Everest, without giving me instructions. I know might sound weird to many, but this is something that has consistently been with me.  I do not know, what makes me so very conscious of the fact that I will have to buy a gift and what if the person do not likes it? This time, its birthday of my better half and I could not compromise with her in any way. The reason being, she is sweet enough and understands that her husband is not really good shopper. Every time, I end up either being with her while gifting her something, or give my card, saying she can shop as much as can. But deep down my heart, I realize, nothing can every replace the significance of giving something all by own. So having least said, this time, I had made a firm decision that I would be buying something on my own. Trust me …CityWalk is a life saver.

By the time I was thinking of organizing birthday parties in Saket farmhouse, one of my buddies told me about Select CityWalk. He told me that I could search for booking arrangements.  Though this super spacious mall, homes the most sophisticated and best brands in Delhi, however I was not really sure where to walk-in. By the time, I was busy doing window shopping, a white dress grabbed my attention at Zara’s showroom. Though simple, yet had a glimpse of specialty in it. Without wasting much time, I rushed to the showroom, by here comes the twist. The floor assistant said that this is a dummy dress, designed by a designer. But I could get it surely, post placing an order.  Alas! I did not have time, was disappointed, but soon when the floor manager yelled back saying, ‘sir…you can take it’. That was it. He had spoken to his manger and consequentially, I managed to bag off the deal, thorough him. Yipee! I did it! I hope she likes my gift too… :-)

Birthday Party for Kids

Planning a birthday party can be a tough nut to crack, especially when it’s a tiny tot who is supposed to be all pampered in a kingly fashion. Stitching together his likes and favorites into a playful fabric can prove to be a hiccup, giving in to his tantrums an ordeal of another magnitude. Shelling out a plan that has all his likes and desires rooted calls for a quirky, swanky theme.  After all, it’s his birthday- a sure way to create lasting memories of his childhood.

If you are terrified with the how’s and the where’s of planning a birthday party, malls in Delhi can come to your rescue. That is one great option, yes. There are malls that organize some of the most terrific birthday parties in Saket.

Malls offer the advantage of laying out everything in one coordination package. All you have to do is book a hall and acquaint the organizers with the theme that you would like to lend. No, not just acquaint, but give them the tiniest of detail pertaining to the theme, only if you don’t want to disappoint your child. With laid out ideas and implementation, birthdays can be a hassle free affair. Also, they give you more time to concentrate on other important stuff- presents!!

Coming on to the theme, there are a myriad of choices to have you impressed. If you think you are short on ideas, or are not able to channel your ideas into practicality, you can always leave the work on the party planners. Of course, that might cost you a few extra bucks, but that will make things the way you and your child would want to make it- pitch perfect!

Most importantly, don’t procrastinate. Planning takes a hell lot of time, and even if you are dabbing the plan on the party planners, well even that would require a certain degree of research. So whether you are planning out yourself, or planning to give the partly planners the job, take your time to do it!

Essentials Before you Hit the Gym

What does visiting a gym essentially mean to you? Obviously it is not even a question to be asked. You are regular to work out either because you are working hard towards losing weight or you are committed to staying fit for rest of the life course. However you should not be starting these work-outs before consulting your doctor about the same owing to the fact the all individuals has different body requirements and especially if you have a medical condition which is common in a sedentary lifestyle. Apart from the doctor you should also be sure about the trainer in Delhi gym or wherever you are planning to begin your workout in.

Going to a gym everyday helps in weight management which you have struggling with may be since ever. A study says that if you are obese then losing a considerable amount of weight like even a 10% reduces the risk of your body developing serious medical conditions. A rational approach towards reducing weight includes 2 lbs. per week if you are suffering from weight issues. Unlike Delhi shopping which you can yourself involve into anytime of the day, you need to be particular about your exercising time. It is only a strong will and a serious level of dedication which will help you deal with your body fat. However before you hit the exercise space you need to be well equipped with sweating hard. Some of the essentials are:

-Quality Clothing
Without this your sweating session might be less than satisfaction. If you intend to visit the gym after work then ensure that you have some breathable and well-fitted clothes. There can be nothing more tragic if you unpack your gym bag in the locker room and realize you are not carrying your exercise pants.

-Good Shoes
Being an advanced lifter then running shoes is an indispensable in your bag. Running in sandals in Delhi gym can be worse than you probably think it will turn out.

Flea Market at a Mall

Ever wished for a cheap market within the luxurious and enjoyable premises of your mall? Well, it sound totally absurd but not in Delhi. If you are a Delhi lit frequenting south zone markets, then perhaps there’s a way to get the best of both worlds.

How often does it happen that month end is a pain for you and you still need to spend on some basic needs, or take your kids out? It’s the same story in every household. Only when your budget is under a tight noose you fall prey to all the temptation. Your kids would want a treat, you would yearn for a pretty bag or shoe and so on, but all this when you are thoughtful in parting with every dime. And you secretly wish to rob the place or find a duplicate at a local flea market.

Even the recreational visit to a cafe in Delhi is hurting. You intended a relaxing cup of coffee and a quick bite with family to at least do something on your weekends. But the pretty displays at those opulent stores won’t let you get away like that. Everything that you needed and has been postponing for the next month is right there and in the most prettiest of shades and designs.

This looks nothing but unfair. When you are penniless, things worth buying are easy to spot but when you have come prepared ready to nail it, you won’t find good stuff. Well, this is more of a psychological game. Our mind can act funny at times. But as for resisting the temptation to splurge, Select CityWalk has figured a tremendous solution. A flea markets in delhi the precinct sits their offering you designer pieces in imitation. You can get all you want at Sarojni Nagar prices but with much better quality.

Besides this, the general lifestyle services of mall are only at a stone’s throw away. From the outside bazar, step into a new world of grandeur and sheer luxury—and all that is separated by a wood plank. You may shop outside eat inside or vice verse as you fancy. But SCW is perfect to qualify as your everyday shopping destination with so much more in the package.

Many of us feel this way. The only difference is a few of us could feel it, whereas rests are too very hooked up in our hectic schedule that hardly gets time to feel the difference.

Well, pizzas, salads, desserts, fresh berries, fruits, mint juice surely are all time favorite, but nothing can ever compensate the choco-craving. It’s been proven that in such atmosphere wherein work and professional obligations keep us intact and stress is apparently all-time buddy, it becomes tough to deal with the same. Well, chocolate is a magical remedy against stress and tension. According to professionals, strikingly contrary to its repo, chocolate is extremely healthy. But yes, it’s not that easy to get the ‘real-chocolate’, ones that come from pure cocoa bean. Well, keeping aside the baggage full of strains behind, it is to inform that chocolicious festival is all set to be organized at Select Citywalk on September 5th to 7th.  Spread in around I lakh sq.ft has its own chain of visitors and the events in malls organized by franchise of repute add on to the sophistication quotient of this mall. Mulling In Malls - The Mall Culture

Everybody I see around is looking for a vacation- parents, kids and students. They are tired, they are restless, and they are clearly aching for some healthy getaway in form of a vacation. But, blame it on the scores of work been thrust on their shoulders that they can’t plan one without jeopardizing their respective work/academic lives. It seems like an irreversible rut, right?

Definitely No.

Please greet yourself to the Malls in Delhi where shops with colorful displays, mannequins with ravishing attire, cafes, restaurants, movie halls, spas and salons lend a feel of a city under a roof. A few years ago, Malls were not such a sprawling phenomenon. Then, what made them click suddenly?
The mall culture is triggered by children and adolescents who continue to be a major chunk of the target market. Gone are the days when children, or even adults for that matter would visit street markets to quench their shopping spree; they now flock to malls instead.

Parents of little kids who often find themselves in a rut of work misery take their children to malls to spend time with them. Today, malls have reinvented themselves to cater to children’s fancies, as they are a major part of the target market. Kids play area is just an example of how malls have come up with lucrative deals to support both the audiences and themselves.

Kids Play zones in New Delhi, like Funky Orbit have given way to a new concept in the field of mall aesthetics. Not only do they serve the whims of children, but also give their parents the luxury to shop in peace. While the kids play games, their care takers can manage some shopping, or merely a stroll around.

Select City walk is one mall that doesn’t believe in consumerism but aims to provide a lofty experience for the kids. Apparently, it has managed to do so!

Look Good In Your Own Way

Instead of carrying forward to conventional looks, add-in a pinch of creativity to flaunt your way out. Cast a sunny semblance with some bright rainwear accessories and look as gorgeous as you perhaps feel.  Unlike earlier when there were hardly a few options, these days best brands in Delhi have a huge assortment of dresses to choose from. It’s not that difficult to get that perfect look, the only trick that has to be kept in mind is what colours and shades are you have chosen. It can only be accentuated with just the flawless shades and prints. Needless to make a mention of, the moment it comes to monsoons, bright colours strikes the mind.

So whenever you check out Places to shop in Delhi, make sure that you pep up your look with not being a matching queen, opt for juxtaposition of shades to team up things differently, yet smartly. It’s true enough that at times teaming up shades with one other might turn out tricky, but yes, it is certainly not impossible.  Markets are flooded with a range of light and sober fabrics, patterns, shades and designs of monsoon attires. Choose wisely, indeed prior to shopping do a thorough research on what all would be good and then only go for it!

Last but not the least, instead of buying whatever others go for, prefer sticking to your own style statement as it would help you a lot and by the time you won’t feel comfortable in whatever you wear, you just can’t look good!

Shopping for Perfumes

Perfumes are the most thoughtful purchase amongst all. You can manage to get away with the wrong shade of lipstick by mixing it with several others, but fragrance is something expensive. If it doesn’t suit you or irritates your skin or senses then all that money goes down the drain and you are forced to gift it to some distant cousin or a friend of friend. Buying the perfect fragrance to wear calls for some pondering, even from those who like to get away with their indecisiveness. In bare 15 minutes you have to pull out the right choice when your nose just stops cooperating and everything smells like a mixed-plantation garden.

perfume shops in Delhi

So, here are a few tips to help you pick the ideal whiff at perfume shops in Delhi.

  • Go towards the end of the day to buy it. Perhaps a movie or some entertainment in saket would be good before you proceed to make a purchase. If you shop perfume first thing in the morning, the scent of your soap and cosmetics haven’t left you and you would get confused.
  •  Don’t wear a scent too strong on the shopping day.
  • Even if you are not very familiar with all the fragrances and their undertones, you should know a palpable classification, mild and hard. Even If you tell this to a salesman at a perfume shop in Delhi, it would help them tremendously to show you the perfect fragrance.
  •  Ask for coffee bees or some dispersant to smell in between two specimens.
  • If you have been allergic to any perfumes or deodorants in the past then chose only organic ones.
  • There are some lovely inexpensive fragrances and some gross expensive ones, so make sure you just don’t go by the pricing.
So, thses tips can help you buy the right fragranc for your body.

Weekend Struck

If it is the fun and frolic of the weekend you miss when you wake up every morning during any given day of the week? Do you suffer from Monday Blues? “YES”. It is critical, you are definitely WEEKEND STRUCK!

“What actually is wrong in being struck by a weekend after all?” Well absolutely nothing or may be something when you plan a lot and end up being in a same restaurant or at a friend’s place or in your bed over and over again.

I am familiar with the type, they are omnipresent, my neighbor for that matter are atypical to this “ high planning”  . Hailing from Delhi, they end up being in the same places of entertainment in Saket without even realizing what a waste to the weekends it is. Stroll down different places, if fragrances it is which interests you, delve into hunting perfume shops in Delhi. You have options and all the time in the world to indulge yourself in your hobbies and interests.

Addressing my neighbors essentially for the kind above mentioned, I wondered why is it that despite of plethora of alternatives and spots for entertainment in Saket, they never really could execute any of their master plans. It was much later that I realized the answer to my “why” is as simple as standing at the threshold of your favorite perfume shops in Delhi and watching your DTC pass by, and you pick the latter and catch the bus to your home. All I want to tell you by this is, let nothing pull your spirits down, not even the availability of thousands of choices you can make, albeit an irony it is. Weekends need to be exclusive, and this is the secret to a well spent weekend. It is that time of the week when you have yourself at the kernel of the world, rejuvenate and relish in your leisure.

Invest In Life Style And Luxury Services

Are you planning to open up a business or invest in one? Putting your worth of assets and efforts in retail sector, and particularly outlets in malls can be an ideal choice. Better location, sophisticated surrounds and upscale ambience are add-ons, which are not even taxed on your pockets. While high street standalone units can be ridiculously pricey, these can be leased on simpler terms. Provision of strata title is also popular.

Any Delhi shopping mall is way better than conventional shops due to multiple reasons. Besides aforementioned, you enjoy unlimited exposure not only of customers who fall in the category of your target audience but many more who can be an indirect client. So, there are quite a few benefits and little harm.

In fact, lifestyle sector is all the more lucrative. Starting up a business in luxury services at a Delhi shopping mall is all the more like icing on the cake. Fashion brands and retailing goods sees higher competition. There is a specific loyal following when it comes to these products and creating your own may need some time. Plus, there is an emotional factor also attached with it.
Actually people tend to spend more on lifestyle services as it triggers the ‘feel good’ factor. You would barely shop worth Rs. 5000 every time you visit a mall, but sparing that in a salon or in the food court in Delhi while treating a group of friends is common. Spa centres, gyms, salons, tour planners, and restaurants: these are the most revenue generating ventures for mall owners.
Food especially is a powerful driving factor. For 30% visitors, it is the sole reason that drove them towards a mall and they ended up being engaged in other services.

So, launching a business at a lush shopping mall in one of these genres is a good option.

All About Children Kids Play Zone

A place with a nice kids play zone in New Delhi clubbed with a nice eatery--that is my idea of an outing with the gang (family). But with a malls and restaurants in Delhi making a powerful beeline for the attention of a family like mine, it is always a difficult one.

The thing is there’s no dearth of good restaurants in Delhi but when nothing but the best is on the radar, the choices are fairly limited. Not unless I hit Select City Walk. My first time at the south Delhi mall was memorable and counts in one of the best moments we spent out as a family.

The best part of the mall lies in the expansive line-up of outlets. There is hardly a thing not on the list. From haute couture to fine dining and more, you name it! And despite that, the place is conveniently open and amazingly spacious.

Since my kid is a big McDonald’s fan, and loves his time at kids zones, the place immediately stuck a chord with him. While that took care of him, it was my wife, who sometimes seems a bit quirky given her choice of meals and entertainment, that I was slightly apprehensive of.

For any married man, pleasing his wife is bigger than conquering the Everest. From the corner of the eye, I had a gaze jetting into her. I could per-empt a gaze on her face I have become awkwardly accustomed to. But then, what I saw made me relieved but curious.

There she was, in her own world and a mesmerized look. While I had anticipated the familiar cold looks, I could see her own a look proclaiming a testimony of her being settled where she was. And before anything, off she went doing her own stuff and enjoying the ambience. It was only a matter of time before she pulled me in, and I was happier than ever to give in.

Three Ideal Keys To Start Any Private Institution

Setting up any kind of institution in today's competitive trend is not an easy task to carry out. This can include setting up a restaurant or a salon or Delhi Gym or any other similar institution. But for any of these cases, you are required to have some points in mind before planning to start any of these institutions. We have compiled some of those points below.

1.    Affordability: First of all, to set up any private institution, you are required to have the right amount for investment as without investment you can't set up one. Not just the amount for investment, you are required to have that much amount to bear the risk of investment as you can't be sure about whether your business is going to work or not. Thus, you should have the capability to bear the risks.

2.    Proper Location: It is one of the most important points that is need to be kept in mind that is the location of the institution that you are going to set up. Let suppose you set up a gym near a village. Well, if you ask from people, almost everyone will say that it is not going to work. Now you can imagine how important is the location of an institution.

3.    Professional employers: It is very important to have professional employers at your place as these are the ones on whom the actual reputation of the institution is dependent. When the very first time, customers and clients will reach your place, the professionals working at your firm will actually be responsible for the first impression that your firm will leave on them.

So, no matter whether you plan to start up a best restaurant in Delhi or any other institution, you should have the right capital and information to do that.
